Development

Street Lane Wellness Centre is due to open at 22 Street Lane, Roundhay in Spring 2010.  The large detached stone built building is undergoing an intensive programme of refurbishment and redecoration and will provide a number of rooms of various sizes available to rent on flexible terms.

Treatment Rooms will all be finished with new décor, floor coverings and window blinds and will have the advantage of individually controlled heating and air conditioning.  Full time tenants who commit to a lease soon enough will have an opportunity to specify finishes and fit out.

Common Areas will be very comfortably appointed with a waiting room offering a plasma TV and contemporary décor.  A lift will be available for the less ambulant clients and behind the scenes practitioners will have the use of a pleasant conservatory style ‘staff’ room with kitchenette.

Location

The Wellness Centre is perfectly located on Street Lane close to the famous 700 acre Roundhay Park, a host of cafes, bars, restaurants, designer clothing stores and essential local amentites. The centre is also well served by local public transport and is only 5 miles from Leeds City Centre and within 12 miles of Wetherby, Harrogate and Bradford.
