Terms

Treatment rooms will be available in a variety of sizes on a lease of 12 months or longer and also on a sessional basis (minimum commitment 3 months).  The Wellness Centre will be newly refurbished inside and out and the grounds will be well lit, landscaped and have on site car parking. 

The accommodation which covers the lower ground, ground, first and second floors will comprise 18 treatment rooms, reception, waiting room, staff room and kitchen, practice manager’s office, cleaners store and ladies & gents toilets to ground and first floors and a lift is being installed.

What is included in the rent?
